Dr. Shubham Vishnudev Joshi, Founder

Dr. Joshi leads field operations, institutional partnerships, and programme architecture directly. No management layer separates his decisions from the work on the ground.

Mrs. Radhika Joshi, Co-Founder

Mrs. Joshi anchors community engagement, goshala programme oversight, and the foundation's outreach across rural and marginalised constituencies. Her work is operational, not ceremonial.

Employability skills, self-sustainable employment, livelihood generation, and inclusive growth through entrepreneurship across rural and marginalised communities.

Social welfare initiatives and community development programmes including dedicated support for underprivileged, rural, and marginalised sections of society.

Philanthropic activities: charitable initiatives, donations, grants, and sustained support for social causes aligned with the foundation's integrated development model.

Formal objectives of the Foundation

Sustainable development and environmental protection through eco-friendly practices, resource conservation, waste management, and renewable energy adoption.

Animal welfare anchored in Goshala operations; organic farming from Goshala waste; river cleaning missions; and active efforts to mitigate carbon emissions.

Rejuvenation of Vrindavan Parikrama, Govardhan Parikrama, and Narmada Parikrama—mapping, clearing, and maintaining sacred routes as living infrastructure.

Active collaboration with government bodies, institutions, and civil organisations to achieve the above objectives at pan-India scale, with capacity to expand globally.

The work is the proof. The route is open.

Institutional collaborators, CSR partners, and government bodies are invited to examine our field records, meet the founders, and find their specific pathway to contribution.
